The staff went above and beyond by personally returning my forgotten headphones, showcasing their impeccable attention to detail. The room was not only luxurious but also practical, with convenient ironing facilities and a well-equipped kitchen featuring top-of-the-line cookware and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Australian heat, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The stunning view from the terrace, overlooking both the ocean and the vibrant cityscape, truly made my experience unforgettable. Being within walking distance to a variety of top-rated restaurants and cafes, including Chocolateria San Churro and Ace Thai, added a delightful touch to my culinary adventures. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its exceptional service, superior amenities, and perfect location for a truly luxurious stay in Surfers Paradise.
